***COVID-19 Update*** Due to delays caused by the current worldwide pandemic, shipping couriers are experiencing significant delays to their services. As such deliveries may take up to 60 days for delivery. Most of our customers are still receiving their orders within a 20-25 business day time frame; however, a minority of customers are receiving their items beyond that time frame. Please be aware of this prior to placing your order. Thank you for your continued patience whilst we work with our courier services to mitigate the delays as much a possible to bring you the best service.

We are working to expand our reach in the coming months to make our products available in more countries internationally.

We do not ship to the following countries:

  • North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba and Iran.

*All prices on the website include FREE standard shipping to the USA and UK. 

    NanoTek has warehouses in various locations. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order.

    It will take 2-5 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 4 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. 

    Items generally arrive within 15-25 business days from date of purchase, sometimes sooner depending on your country of residence. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our products will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!

    In rare cases it can take up to 50 days for items to arrive. If you wait longer than 35 business days, please send us an email at contact@nanotekcorp.com and we shall find out the whereabouts of your order.

    Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. NanoTek Corp. cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addressed provided by the customer.

    Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address). 

    In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes to be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. NanoTek Corp. will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
